Project management is the perfect option for couples who want to plan everything themselves, but would prefer to meet with a planner periodically to help connect together all the details & logistics to ensure the day goes flawlessly.
In the meetings, we’ll provide customized checklists, assign tasks in priority order with due dates, and connect everything together.
We’ll also review vendor contracts, set up payment reminders, and be your subject matter expert, offering advice.

DAY-OF OR MONTH-OF COORDINATION
This is the perfect option for those who planned their entire wedding, but need a little help at the end to ensure all the details are in order without any gaps.
We’ll review final vendor orders & contracts, collaborate with your vendors to make sure everyone’s aligned and there’s no issues, and compile the day of document.
We’ll then attend your event on the day-of to assist with set up, vendor coordination, & event management, keeping the event on track so that everything runs smoothly and you don’t have to worry while you’re getting ready.
